Intermix Wefts
Hand-Tied Wefts and Wholesale

Hair Woven on a Bench,
Supplied to Salons,
Dyed in True Color

INTERMIX WEFTS LLC crafts hand-tied wefts, blends custom colors and packs wholesale hair for salons and studios from our workshop in Mapleton, Utah. Every weft leaves our bench dressed, graded and ready for the needle.

We specialise in the parts that matter most to a stylist: steady hand-tied bases, true colour recipes that stay the same on every rerun, and wholesale programs that keep your shelf full without surprises. Send a shade and a volume and see what the bench can do for you.

The Rack

Six Stations of the Weft Workshop

Every order moves across a clear set of benches, from raw hair through dye, blend, grade and final pack. Each station runs under a numbered lot code so your shipment is traceable to the day it was woven.

No step is skipped and no lot is handed off without a check. Whether you order ten wefts for a single client or a full container for a wholesale program, the same bench, the same rules and the same traceability apply.

Hand-Tied Weft Production

Our bench team ties each weft by hand using a ventilated runway that holds every strand at a steady density. The result is a slim, flexible base that lies flat against the head and takes a needle cleanly. Wefts are produced in a full range of lengths, from short wefts for crown work to long wefts for full head application.

Hand tying gives the weft a soft, breathable base that moves with the wearer and stays comfortable even through a long service. Because each carrier is assembled strand by strand, we can hold a very even density across the width, which makes installation predictable and the finished look full and natural. Our bench takes care to tie a clean, secure start and finish on every weft so the base does not pull or fray in use.

Machine Weft Batching

For salon partners that need consistent bulk, we run machine wefts in matched batches. Each batch is cut to a uniform width and stitch pattern, then inspected thread by thread. Consistent wefting means your stylists pick up the same feel from the first strip to the last. Batches are also dressed so they stack cleanly, ship flat and stay easy to handle when your team starts installation.

Machine wefting is our answer for volume programs that place a premium on repeatability. When a stylist installs a full head, they want every strip to behave like the one before it. Our batching holds stitch tension steady, keeps the cut edges square, and gives each run a lot code so you can trace the batch from our bench to your shelf.

Color Matching and Blending

Our dye bench keeps a catalogue of recipes for natural, fashion and blended shades. When a client sends a sample lock, we build a recipe to match it under daylight and studio light. Blending mixes multiple shade cards into a seamless transition so the finished weave looks lived in.

A good colour match is what earns a salon its repeat clients. We take a recipe from a swatch, hold it against the shade under different light, and adjust until the strand reads true across the full length. For dimensional looks we blend two or more shade cards together so the hair transitions softly rather than switching in a hard line.

Bulk Wholesale Programs

Salons, distributors and studios can place standing orders that keep a reserve of hair on our shelf. Programs support scheduled deliveries, tiered pricing and priority reruns on fast-moving shades. A dedicated account contact clears your order from lot to dispatch without handoff.

Wholesale is built around repeat supply, not one-off sales. We agree a monthly volume, hold the shades that move for your clients, and make sure a rerun of a popular colour goes straight to production. Your contact stays with the order across every station, so you never have to repeat your requirements to a new voice.

Private Label Packaging

Sellers who want their own name on the shelf can work with us on private label packaging. We supply your wefts in your chosen box, label and shading card, with your lot codes printed for traceability. Everything goes out ready for your retail display, not ours.

Quality Grading and Inspection

Before any weft ships, an inspection bench runs the lot through a grade sheet covering density, stitch tension, shade uniformity and cut straightness. Rejected strips never leave the room. Grading gives every partner a clear picture of exactly what they are selling.

The grade sheet is our promise made measurable. Every lot is checked under controlled light and against the recipe agreed for that shade, and the conclusion is recorded against the lot code. That means when a salon sells a weft, they know precisely what is on the card in front of them, and so does their client.

A weft is only as good as the hand that drives the shuttle. We keep the work on a bench, the recipes in a drawer and the hair in true color, so a salon can order by name and trust the strand every time. That is the whole story behind this workshop.

Our season comes from the bench and the dye card rather than any fashion cycle, and we treat every client like a neighbour in Mapleton. Whatever the order, the same honesty runs through the lot code, the grade sheet and the price we quote.
