The terms that govern your use of this website and your wholesale relationship with our workshop.
Return to HomepageBy accessing this website, browsing its content, or placing an enquiry or order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or place orders through it.
These terms govern your use of the site and your commercial dealings with INTERMIX WEFTS LLC. When you place an order or request a quotation, you become a customer or prospective customer, and these terms apply to that relationship in addition to any specific agreement we may reach.
These services are provided by INTERMIX WEFTS LLC, a limited liability company based in the United States. The working and registered address, and our contact details, are as follows.

This website and its digital operations are developed and maintained by the developer IntermixWefts on behalf of INTERMIX WEFTS LLC. Nothing in these terms relieves either party of its obligations under the law that applies to our services.
You may use this website to learn about our services, request quotations, place wholesale orders and contact our team. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with the use of the site by others.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to disrupt the availability of the site, to introduce malicious code, or to collect information about other users without permission. We may suspend or limit access to the site for anyone who breaches these rules. The content of this site is provided for general information about our business and services, and it may change without notice.
Our services include the manufacture, dyeing, blending, packing and supply of hair wefts. To place an order, you should first request a quotation that describes the shades, lengths, widths, quantities and delivery timeline you need. We will confirm a price and a production schedule based on the details you provide.
A quotation is not a binding order until we both confirm the details in writing, normally by email. When you place an order for a wholesale program, we may issue an order confirmation that sets out the shades, lot quantities, prices and timeline. Any changes to an order should be sent to us as soon as possible, and we will confirm whether the change affects the price or the delivery date. Orders may become easier to adjust before cutting has begun, so we encourage you to confirm your final shades and lengths early.
We rely on the specifications you give us, so please double check your shades, lengths, widths and quantities before you confirm. If the materials you approve differ from what was originally discussed, we will treat the approved details as the specification for the lot. Where an order contains an obvious error, such as a missing shade or an unclear quantity, we will contact you rather than guess, and we will pause the start of production until the details are clear.
All prices are stated in the currency agreed at the time of your quotation. Prices may be adjusted for material costs, exchange rates or volume changes, but we will confirm any adjustment with you before we proceed. Unless we agree otherwise, the price stated on your confirmed order is the price you pay.
Payment terms are set out in your quotation or order confirmation. Where we require a deposit, production begins only after we receive it. Balances must be paid in line with the agreed terms, and we may suspend dispatch or further production if payment is not received on time. We accept standard business payment methods, and we will confirm those methods with you when we agree the order. Late payments may accrue interest or charges as permitted by law, and we may pause your standing program until the account is settled.
For a standing wholesale program we may offer tiered pricing based on the volume you commit to over a period. Any volume-based price relies on you meeting the agreed minimums, and if your actual purchases fall below that level we may adjust the price on the affected invoices. We will always tell you in advance if an adjustment will change an amount you owe, and we will answer any question about an invoice quickly.
We take care to grade every weft before it leaves our workshop. Quality is checked against density, stitch tension, shade uniformity and cut straightness, and we apply a grade sheet to each lot. We make reasonable efforts to match the shades and textures described in your order and any sample locks you provide.
Because hair is a natural product, some variation between lots can occur. Our colour matching seeks to replicate your recipe under controlled light, but small and expected differences between manufactured batches are part of natural material. We will always tell you in advance if a batch will differ from the standard in any way that we should reasonably draw to your attention.
Our grading bench applies the same sheet to every lot, but a grade is a point-in-time assessment of a specific batch. If you need a defined grade standard for your own resale, we are happy to agree a written specification with you before production begins. A written specification takes priority over any general description on this website where the two differ, so we encourage you to confirm the standard that matters for your market before you commit to an order.
We dispatch orders from our workshop in Mapleton, Utah through tracked carriers to addresses across the United States and internationally. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and we will give you an estimated dispatch date when we confirm the order.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier takes possession for shipment. We will provide you with tracking information so that you can follow the lot to your door. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, and for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that apply in your country for international shipments. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or no one is available to receive it, any additional shipping or return charges are your responsibility.
We pick and pack every lot with care, and we take reasonable steps to make sure the goods arrive in good condition. Where a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we ask you to let us know soon after the expected delivery and, where the carrier requires it, to keep the original packaging for an inspection. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and, where it is appropriate in the circumstances, to replace the affected lot at the earliest opportunity.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you believe a lot does not match the confirmed details, or if a weft fails its grade in a way that is our fault, contact us promptly with the lot code and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, correct, replace or credit the affected lot.
Because hair is a natural and made-to-order product, we generally cannot accept returns of correctly manufactured goods where you simply change your mind about the shade or quantity. Any exception to this must be agreed in writing before you return goods. We are not obliged to accept goods that have been used, cut or altered, or that have been returned after a reasonable inspection period.
To raise a correction, please include the lot code from the packaging, the date of delivery and a short note describing the issue. A photo is often helpful and lets us resolve the matter more quickly. We will acknowledge your claim within a reasonable time and either correct the lot, replace it, or issue a credit against a future order, depending on what is fair in the circumstances. We do not accept claims reported unreasonably late or after the goods have been put into your own retail stock and resold.
Except where we expressly guarantee a grade or a match in writing, our services and the goods we supply are provided on an as is and as available basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses, or that the goods will always meet a particular use beyond the grade we confirmed.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, conditions and representations, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where the law will not allow us to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither INTERMIX WEFTS LLC nor the developer IntermixWefts shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other economic loss, arising from your use of this website or from any order or service provided under these terms.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms or any service we provide will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific order or service that gave rise to the claim. The limitations in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other basis.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTERMIX WEFTS LLC, the developer IntermixWefts, and our respective officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses that arise out of your use of this website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Where you resell our goods to your own clients, you are responsible for the accuracy of any claims you make about them and for meeting your own obligations to those clients. We do not provide advice to your clients and we are not a party to your resale arrangements.
The design, layout, text, graphics, logos and other content of this website are owned by or licensed to INTERMIX WEFTS LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name IntermixWefts, the INTERMIX WEFTS brand and our marks are our assets, and you may not use them without our written permission.
You may view and print pages from this site for your own business use in considering or managing an order. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit any part of this site or its content, except for your own reasonable internal business use, without our prior written consent.
You agree that you will use our services only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. You will not place orders using false information, and you will not submit shade cards, samples or specifications that infringe the rights of another party. You acknowledge that we may rely on the information and materials you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy.
When you resell our wefts, you agree to describe the goods accurately and to comply with all consumer protection and product laws that apply in your market. You agree that your resale of our goods does not create any obligation on our part to your clients, other than as set out in these terms.
The information you provide to us when you use this website or place an order is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy should be read together. Where they conflict on the specific handling of personal information, our Privacy Policy governs how that information is collected and used, and these terms govern the broader commercial relationship between us.
You can read our Privacy Policy at any time by visiting the privacy page of this website. We recommend that you review it before providing us with your personal information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website, or stop processing an order, where you breach these terms, where payment is not made on time, or where we reasonably believe continued service would create an unacceptable risk to our business or to others. Where we suspend an order through no fault of yours, we will work with you to resolve the situation.
You may cancel an order before production begins by contacting us, and we will confirm whether any deposit or already incurred costs apply. If you cancel a standing wholesale program, any balance for work already completed remains payable. Sections of these terms that are meant to survive, such as those covering liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue to apply after any termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Utah and the laws of the United States, without regard to any conflict of law rules. For any dispute not resolved through discussion, you and INTERMIX WEFTS LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah for any legal proceeding that arises from these terms or from your use of our services.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision at one point in time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our services, or the law. When we make a significant change, we will update the effective date shown here and, where appropriate, place a notice on the site. The version of these terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
We recommend that you review these terms periodically. Your continued use of this website after we post a revised version means that you accept the revised terms, unless the change requires your separate consent under the law that applies to you.
If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, or if you need to reach us about an order, a quotation or a payment, please contact us using the details below.
